By proceeding with my booking, I understand and agree to the terms of conditions. All patients must be 18 years of age and above at the commencement of treatment


Booking with Radieux aesthetics


Staff - All staff are trained and approved in accordance with the training provider and are registered with the GDC body. Information can be found at. If required.  Each staff member is insured to carry out treatment as specified on the website by Nsync and dental protection.


Appointments - Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparations required for your treatment. If you do not follow the guidance this may result in cancellation of your treatment with no refund. Alternatively reduced appointment time may be given, or additional fees being charged by discretion. Please not the booking fee, deposits are non- refundable. So, it is imperative that you follow the guidance given for best results of your treatment.


Radieux aesthetics endeavour to uphold appointments booked, however, should we need to cancel your appointment we will always try to do so as far in advance as possible. All appointments cancelled by Radieux aesthetics will be re-booked as soon as possible.  If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at lease 72 hours’ notice. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will result in loss of the treatment.


FTA


If you FAIL TO ATTEND your booked appointment, this will result in the loss of your deposit / booking fee. Late arrival to your appointment will result in reduced treatment time or forfeit of your treatment. We are not able to see you if you are more than 10 mins late. As you can appreciate this has to potential to interrupt the service for the rest of the day.


Booking fee - All services are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £50 which will be taken by debit card at the time of booking. Your booking fee will then be redeemed against your treatment. This is with exception to finance plans as they are likely to take the full amount at the point of check out.


Finance options.; we offer PayPal finance and Klarna finance allowing you to spread the cost of treatment. All treatment / packages must be paid in full prior to treatment


Suitability for treatment  - A full assessment will be carried out to make sure the treatment is suitable for you, prior to any treatment being carried out.It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they provide Radieux aesthetics with relevant medical history and medication details prior to treatment. We cannot treat any clients who are pregnant or breast-feeding. We cannot treat any clients under 18-year-old



Cancellation Policy


Our cancelation policy is in place to maximise our appointment availability to our clients. We want to be able to offer a cancellation to someone that may benefit from it.


Courses of treatment


All pre-paid courses of treatment are non-refundable and valid for 6 months depending on the course of treatment. Any cancellations must be reported 72 hours prior to appointment. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a suitable day and time.


Covid 19 policy


Our priority is to keep staff and clients safe. We have implemented protocols to ensure every one’s safety. Radieux aesthetics reviews the standards of practice on a regular basis to ensure we stay up to date. To ensure we are within the guidelines staff members are screened prior to commencement of the day. Any symptoms in relation to COVID 19 will follow COVID 19 protocol and isolations for the staff member in question will be activated. This is likely to result in the cancellation of the appointment. please be aware this may

affect your booked appointment with a late cancellation and rescheduling your course of treatment. With that being said we make every effort to not interrupt service. PLEASE do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. If you or anyone you live with exhibit signs of COVID-19, please advise us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment for a more suited time. Keep us posted on your recovery. We are happy to reschedule your course of treatment as many times as required, while you are getting back on your feet.

Please be aware deposits and booking fees will not be refunded but we are happy to reschedule.


Home visits


Our staff will always wear a face mask on visits, with Full PPE during your treatment. This may include gloves / face mask / aprons. We want to be punctual to all appointments, but we have to factor in we can also run late due to traffic and road works. If this situation occurs, we will update you by contacting you on the details provided. As we are visiting your home, please make sure the area of the room we will be using is ready for us to set up. We require 15 mins to set up for your treatment please factor this into your appointment

time on the day, as we would not want to affect your plans.


Uniforms


Towels and uniform are laundry is washed at a minimum of 60 degrees Celsius All equipment and tools will be disinfected or line with the manufacturer’s instructions for our safety.Radiuex Aesthetics understands the importance of good hygiene and we want to remain

high standards at all times. If there are any concerns, you have prior to your appointment please do not hesitate to get in contact with us to discuss.


Models


Radieux aesthetics look for models for the various treatments we offer. If you are model, then you can access the discount prices for treatment. Booking fee of £50 is still applicable and is non – refundable. Please be aware as you are happy to be a model any pictures or videos captured on the day is under the ownership of Radieux aesthetics and will be used for the purposes of marketing on all social media platforms. We understand that not everyone is happy to show their whole face, but we have ways of working this out which can

be discussed at the time of appointment.
